Casey Schuchart
Vice President of Strategy, Partner

Casey is the Vice President of Strategy for Schuchart. A fifth-generation construction professional with over 16 years of experience in the development of ground up, commercial, industrial and tenant improvement projects, He is best known for his leadership on award-winning projects like Bullitt Center and Chihuly Garden and Glass and has been instrumental in developing strong relationships with Schuchart’s longest-standing clients—Microsoft and Boeing. Under Casey’s steady guidance, Schuchart has won numerous NAIOP and industry awards. He was recently honored as one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 under 40 and is an active member of NAIOP and the Downtown Seattle Association, as well as serving as a board member for the Seattle Architecture Foundation and Seattle Aquarium.

TJ Modica
LEED AP, Senior Project Manager

TJ is a quality-driven professional with two decades of experience implementing, developing, and managing complex projects. As the head of Schuchart’s Eastside Office, he is focused on delivering quality, efficient and innovative projects, creating teams that are highly responsive to our clients and projects in Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. Kent Voter
Superintendent

Kent is a results-oriented professional with over three decades of experience leading construction projects of all types and sizes. With a focus on safety, Kent runs clean, efficient and organized projects, and builds a cohesive team environment.  He provides strategic direction and leadership for all construction operations, including direct supervision of assistants, foremen, subcontractors and other construction-related personnel, with a focus on schedule and cost management. He is eager to take on new challenges, leveraging skill sets to deliver excellence in safety, performance, and profitability. See interview with Kent.

 

Tim Braunschweig
Project Manager

Tim Braunschweig is a Project Manager with more than 10 years of construction experience throughout the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii and Alaska. He plays a vital role in each project, helping to manage both time and resources, utilizing a suite of technical tools and communication processes resulting in effective project coordination.  Tim has mastered the ability to seek out and resolve issues through close interaction with other project team members.  Tim holds a BS in Construction Management from Washington State University.See interview with Tim.

 

John Heffernan
Project Engineer

John Heffernan is a Project Engineer for Schuchart. John began his career in the field, as a laborer, skilled carpenter, and jobsite foreman before earning a BS in Construction Management from Washington State University. John has worked with a host of Pacific Northwest clients including Microsoft, Nordstrom, and Amazon. See interview with John.
