Blaze Pattison
President

Blaze is a co-founder of SeaBay Building Group. As President, Blaze is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relations, and assisting with the general management and direction of the company. He is actively engaged in estimating and project management.  With extensive experience in the Pacific Northwest, Blaze has developed many successful relationships with clients and subcontractors. He is keen on fostering partnerships with project stakeholders in order drive a broad array of complex projects to successful completion—providing management and leadership, enhancing accountability, and delivering client satisfaction for the company and client partners.

Blaze is skilled in implementing improved processes to reduce errors, increase expectations of personnel, and maximize success. He has been lead and been involved in many noteworthy projects in Puget Sound and in the Federal sector throughout the country including the Warrior’s in Transitions Administration Building, Loma Linda, CA VA Cancer Treatment Center, Bellefield Office Park Revitalization, Apple retail projects in WA, CA, and AZ, and Eastside Preparatory Schools’ Annex Building Upgrades.

Dave Wick
Sr. Superintendent

As a Sr. Superintendent for SeaBay Building Group, Dave has the overall responsibility of safety, quality, and schedule management for the project.  His extensive experience with fast-track tenant improvements, specifically in occupied buildings, add significant value to renovation projects.  Throughout Dave’s 12 years of experience as a superintendent, he has been involved with several iconic Puget Sound projects including, the Sno-Isle Tech High School, Multi Care Tacoma General Hospital Boiler Plant, Georgetown Brewery, SurLaTable Headquarters, LeMay Car Museum, Stadium Place Residential, and Trupanion Daycare.  Dave’s passion for construction and leadership skills create a solid foundation for every project he’s involved with.
