Jeff Boone
Founder/Principal

Jeff is a founding member of PUBLIC47 Architects and has been working with Eastside Prep since 2014. In that time, Jeff has helped EPS transform its campus most notably with the design of the Terry Macaluso Academic Collabortive (TMAC.) The project was design and permitted in 7 months. In addition, Jeff has assisted the school with master planning, and the renovation of the middle school science labs, art studios, and LPC Dining Hall.

Jeff’s experience includes numerous educational, recreational and civic facilities, including Kenmore City Hall and the Rainier Vista Boys & Girls Club.

Threaded throughout his career is a celebration of daylight – a building material that has particular value in the Pacific Northwest.

Kevin Tabari, AIA
Founder/Principal

Kevin Tabari, AIA, is a principal and co-founder of PUBLIC47 Architects. He brings a passion for design exploration rooted in a belief that the inherent constraints and challenges associated with a project are often a source for inspiration and innovation.  He is particularly interested in the challenges and opportunities associated with urban housing. He recently completed the Anhalt Apartments, a renovation and addition to an historic Capitol Hill building, which was recognized with an Award of Honor at the 2015 AIA Awards. He is currently working on mixed-use buildings in North Queen Anne and Capitol Hill.  Kevin is a frequent design critic at University of Washington and has served as a studio instructor at Washington State University.

Danielle Rawson
Architectural Staff

Danielle has been in the architecture and construction industry for 18 years, with broad experience in both the private and public sector. She began in residential design-build, as designer and carpenter. That experience set the foundation for a passion in craft and structure that has resonated throughout her career.

Danielle’s most recent projects include the renovation of a new headquarters for Amara, an adoption and foster care agency, and a multi-family housing project on Capitol Hill. She was a key member of the TMAC project team in 2014, and is currently leading the renovation of the LPC Dining Hall.

Steven Jackson
Staff Designer

Steven is a recent graduate of the University of Washington’s architecture program.  He previously earned a Bachelor’s of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado before relocating to the northwest.  His passion for design comes from experience in furniture design and fabrication, landscape construction, as well as, exploration of the digital realm.
